    I have two problems

Asked by jeffbennington on April 16, 2012 at 03:40 PM

#!. My first problem is that when I use the "Check box" I only want one option and I want it pree checked. What happens when I save the form and look at the "Preview" it looks great... but when I click on the linked "BUY NOW" on my website the form pulls up but now all three options on the "check box" are showing. GRRR. Why?

    Here's the link: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/21058917419963

#2. I did a test run with my form (using the link provided by the "preview" feature because it doesn't show the 3 check boxes). We received payment, but we didn't receive any of the email notifications and the form hasn't shown up on my "My forms" wall.

The form is our Twitterlicious form.

    Please HELP!!

    Thank you for contacting us.

#1. This problem may be related to browser cache. Please try to clear it, then re-check your form again.

#2. To see your form Go to "My Forms" > select either "Main" or "All" tab.

We send email notifications for complete submissions only. I can see several pending submissions for your form, if some of them are paid, you may complete them manually through "Incomplete Payments" folder. This folder is located on Submissions page.

I would like to recommend you to set up IPN via PayPal account, so that submissions will go through as completed. Please check the following thread to know how to set IPN:

    Embedded Form with paypal integration

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

I know I have pending submissions, but not with the "Twitterlicious" form. I recently did a test and my paypal was billed but still there is no jot form pending submission, and we still have not received an email confirmation. Paypal is doing their part, but we have not received anything from the jot form side. Can you please examine my form to make sure everything is okay?

Your form looks good. I can see the last pending submission from your jeffbennington@ymail.com email in Submissions. You should receive the notification email once submission is marked as Complete, we simply do not send them for "incomplete" submissions.

Please try to configure PayPal IPN, it should solve the problem with Incomplete Payment submissions.

I'm assuming you arerefering to the Paypal IPN settings? I discovered that the IPN was diasabled and "enabled" it. But if that is the case, why do my other forms work and not this one?

I'll try to fill out another forn and see how it goes.

I think we fixed it. Our Paypal IPN was disabled so all the notifications were stopped there. Thanks for your help.
