I am unable to reset the password for paid account username. I do not receive the reset email. I have two accounts that go to the same email and am only able to reset the other free account. Please help.

Hello IWURL,
It seems you have created one another thread where your email address was changed because of the typo in the account email address: https://www.jotform.com/answers/924558
That is the reason why you must not be receiving password reset instructions. I have initiated the password reset process from here. Please check if you have received the email or not. Our email logs confirms that the email was sent successfully.
