    Thank You Page Wizard: unable to edit the last part, because there is no option to scroll all the way down.

    rather than a simple "thank you" I bring back a large amount of information to print labels for delivered products. the problem is: I cannot scroll through this to do reviews and edits. the popup window is too small and cannot be enlarged. what to do? the email window works OK just not the thankyou edit window

    Are you referring to the Thank You page wizard in the Form Builder? We currently don't have any reports about the wizard so there's probably wrong with your browser.

    The Thank You page is working properly on my end. I tested it and I was able to add form fields and able to scroll up and down.

    Please try using another browser to check if it will work properly or not. Also, please provide the form ID or URL of the webpage where the form is embedded so that we can further investigate.

    If you are referring to a different issue, let us know. Also, if you can provide a screenshot of the problem, that will be helpful. Thank you.

    I tried 3 different browser... no joy.  just cannot see the entire form in order to edit.  for an example look at

    I just checked the form, and there is not problem to scroll, see example:

    Make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browsers: http://enable-javascript.com/ 

    Also, try in incognito window using Chrome: http://www.laptopmag.com/articles/how-to-use-incognito-windows-in-chrome

    BDAVID this is the form... but you DID NOT SCROLL TO THE LAST LINE.... THERE IS MORE CONTENT!!!!  I was trying to edit the information AT THE END which has:


    Your submission has been received. Please check your email . Either print this page or the email for the labels to attach to the back of each piece of art that you will be bringing to submit. Take note of your Artist Number for this exhibit: 3.

    When you drop off your work, please pay the entry fee of $15.00 based on 1 entries and your membership in SEBARTS which you indicated was:

    Member of SEBARTS

    NOTE: if you change your mind before dropoff, just fill in this form again with the updated information and a new Artist # will be issued to you which will be used instead

    I apologize, I wasn't sure if you were referring to the actual form, Autoresponder or  the Thank You page.

    I see the Thank You page is the one that does not scroll all the way down, and the last part shows cut-off, but you can go full-screen mode to see and edit the content.

    It looks like the scroll bar hides or does not work. I have escalated this issue to our second level to get further help. Meanwhile, try editing in full-screen mode. 

    Just to confirm, I have check  a) the form, b) the Autoresponder email to make sure they do not present this problem.

    OK.  full screen allows me to see then entire "Thankyou" message.  thanks.  I would not have known to do this had you not pointed it out
