    HI

I have created a form a while ago and at that time set up my auto responder and email notification.

I have had submissions to this form already and now wanting jot form to send a 2nd auto responder that I have just created to both the future subscribers and the ones that already have and are in the database of the particular form.

Will this occur as I am not sure if I need to send an email outside of jotform to the mailing list or am to expect that this will do it for me.

Your advise will be much appreciated and I can provide the form link should you need to see the 2nd autoresponder and how it has been set up.

    Kind regards

    Steve

Yes, please do provide us the form so we can check how it was set up.

With regards to your concern, I hope I'm not misunderstanding you, but please do let us know if I did. Base on what you've explained above, I believe you want the respondents who submitted your form before you created the new/second autoresponder to get the new/second autoresponder, is that correct?

May I suggest you enable the "Send on Edit" option under the Advanced tab of the new autoresponder.

Then, on your form's submission page, edit an existing submission.

Please note that you don't need to change any data your respondents have already submitted, this is only one way to trigger the "Send on Edit" of the new autoresponder. However, you need to re-submit the form when you are in the edit mode.

This will send the new autoresponder to respondents who submitted your form before you created it.

I hope this helps. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us anytime. Thank you.

Thank you for your response and yes you have understood correctly as to what I was hoping to achieve.

Thanks for the work around as I wasn't aware that this could be done using the process you have described above. In my current situation I will resort to sending those who had previously completed the form an email via our ordinary mail program as I have 64 people and would otherwise find this to be a long process.

Can I ask if this same process can be used to regenerate an auto responder that a customer may have not received for what ever reason (ie.they input incorrect email).

    Yes.

You can do it like this.

#1  Edit the submission in your form submission panel. Use the EDIT button.

#2 Change the E-mail address in the form (since its an incorrect email).

#3 Click Submit button to resubmit the form again.

#4 The Autoresponder email will be sent to the correct email address(corrected in the form).

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
