Windows form looks different that IPAD IOS form - why?

    When I view my form in windows, it looks as designed.  However, when I view it on a IPAD using IOS, the fields are stretched from left of screen to right of screen.  

    I tried with and without a theme, but does the same.  Is this normal?

    Yes, the form is optimize to be mobile  responsive. Do you want the fields not to stretch in iPad view?
