Form I was working on for 2 days is gone! (V8 Error??)

I was working on this form: https://form.jotform.com/62468501370150  and ALMOST done and the "shopping" (payment wizard) part is GONE!      Is there away you can restore from the previous save??  I didn't delete it and when I tried to do a final save it just froze up so I rebooted the site, come back and it's gone!!  

Been working on this for 2 days!

PLEASE PLEASE tell me it can me restored from a previous save?     Would be MUCH EASIER if I could have edited the CSS raw file.

When I try to pull the form up I get the "Form Failed" There was an error on V8. Try again?

I've reverted your form to the latest working version, before the v8 error incident. Can you try and see if it's working now?
