Why have my submissions stopped getting forwarded to the google spreadsheet?

They are supposed to go here:

At first they were, but at a certain point they stopped.

I cloned your form, integrated it with my google sheets and did some tests. Currently, all the submissions are getting forwarded to the spreadsheet, so it looks like I am unable to replicate your issue.

Has there been any modifications made on the google spreadsheet? I would like to inform you that modifying or editing the data in the spreadsheet can cause the integration to break.

To resolve the issue, you will have to remove the current integration. Then re-integrate the form with Google Sheets. Please note that this will create a new spreadsheet. All the previous submission data will be displayed in the new spreadsheet.
