Tried everything, no luck. I have a "refer a friend" form that will email the friend but I want a clickable link in the email that directs them to our website? See below picture, I want that to be a link not just text:

    Hello m7ickey,

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to add a clickable link as the default value of the textarea field (rich text).

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to send a clickable link in the email so that your users can click on that and come to your website. Is that correct?

You can directly add link in your form's email alert . Please check the screenshot below on how to edit email alerts and add clickable link:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Thanks for the response. I did figure out a similar way to send the link. First I added this field to the form:

I need to add a hyperlink as the default value in a text area Screenshot 30

Then added that field to the email:

I need to add a hyperlink as the default value in a text area Screenshot 41

So very similar idea as what you did. I'm responding in case someone else has the same question so now they know 2 ways to accomplish the same thing. You can close this thread.

    Thanks Again!
