Missing data on our form.

    Hi,

    It seems we are missing data one form and are getting nervous about missing data on all of our forms.

    2 customers claimed to have register on our form and sent us the pay checks but they cannot be seen in the database, they didn't received any confirmation mail neither did we. Since the we registered them back on Sept. 5th.

    Please could you check if its a problem of missing data or just data not showing up, the concerned data are:

    - Marchisio cyrille who registered on July 20th, 2016

    - Leonet Sandrine who registered on Sept. 1rst, 2016

    Could be so kind as to check any missing data on all our active forms as we are having a lot of events coming up, the due next Sunday is missing half of customers versus last year same event.

    I checked our mail logs for the submission from the two users you have listed, but unfortunately I did not find any notification for a Marchisio Cyrille last July 20th, 2016, nor did I find a notification for Leonet Sandrine from September 1st, 2016. You can also check this on your end by following this guide: How to View All Your Form Email History.

    I also checked your form's submissions page, but the only submission I found for those two were the ones that you submitted on September 5th, 2016.

    Perhaps the form was not submitted to the jotform server due to an interruption in the user's internet connection when they submitted the form. Unfortunately if that is the case, then it is not possible to recover them since jotform didn't receive the submission in the first place. I see you have already resubmitted the data, so you do not need to ask them to resubmit it again.

    Your email history shows that all the emails were sent successfully, so all the submissions should be on the form.
