Can a sub-user share forms with others? Can they create other sub-users?Asked by Test129 on September 06, 2016 at 05:05 AM
I've been given access to some jotforms and I was wondering whether I can share them with others? Or is it just up to the paid account to do that?
A sub-user can only share to another sub-user the forms he actually own. So if a Parent user shares to sub-user1 his forms, and sub-user1 would like to share forms to sub-user2, the only forms that sub-user1 can share are those forms he has in his account. It will not include the forms which Parent user shared to him.
Please also take note that free users are only allowed to have one sub-user.
Hope this clarifies your concerns. If you have questions, please let us know.
