Conditional formatting is hiding fields that should be visible

Hi despite a number of efforts by your helpful staff, the attached form is still not working properly. I want the last section of payment and judge details to always appear no matter what and only the additional team entries to appear when the 'yes' option for additional teams is clicked.

Please help.

If I understood correctly, you want all the fields under your last Form Collapse tool to be visible, no matter the number of teams that are entered. In order to do this, we would simply need to disable one of your existing conditions.

The easiest way to go about this, is to click on one of these fields you want to have visible, and then click on its crossed-arrows icon:

This action will open conditions that are affecting that particular field, and from there you can disable or delete your condition that was causing it to be hidden:
