Is there a way to open up one of 3 different new forms based on the selection of an exisiting form?

I want to collect all the users information, then at the end of the form, they will have either a radial option or a drop down(or check box), whichever option with what choice of payment they want to make.  Based on this choice I want to then load a new payment form(since you can only have 1 payment selection per form, I can't simply add all 3 and hide the 2 they don't choose).  The new form would load based on their selection

Ok, let's see if I get the idea about what you want to accomplish to.

You want to redirect to a 2nd or 3rd form with payment integration , based on the choice the user did

In order to do that, please follow this thread  and follow the guide (on Nov 23,2011) provided by one of my colleagues (fxr)
