An alert message is displayed saying I am not submitting a form over a secure connection.

i am completing the forms on an android tablet connected wirelessly to a 3g mobile wifi. when i go to submit a form it comes up with a security alert and i have to go to advanced to proceed and submit the form - i have changed nothing on the wireless network and never used to get this warning?
