    Infusionsoft Integration: adding a Tag based on the selected options

    Hi, 

    I use the CRM Infusionsoft for our Business. 

    with Jot.Form's integration for Infusionsoft, is it possible to have tags apply if certain conditions are met? 

    so if they answer this drop down menu "yes" they get tag X, if they answer the drop down "no" they get tag Y

    If this is possible, how do I set it up?

    As far as I understand from your thread, you want to use different tags based on conditions. I am sorry to say that it is not possible to achieve your scenario by creating conditions.  However, you can solve that issue, by using two different forms and creating two individual Infusionsoft integrations. 

    By that way, you can redirect the user to different form based on conditions. If you have any question or issues, please do not hesitate contacting us. We will be glad to assist you.

    I have loved using Jotform over the years, but this issue is forcing me to look elsewhere unfortunately. The old integration allowed us to apply conditional tags. Without that capablity, this integration is worthless to me.

    @3dcoaches: I don't remember having that option in the Infusionsoft integration, but I have already requested that through your own thread. We will let you know there as soon as we have some updates for you.

    Thanks for that option @beril but I don't think I want to explore that much, too many re-directs to handle. 

     

    I would love conditional tags.. that's what this needs to be good with Infusionsoft. 

     

    @Welvin add another person to the list of people demanding @3dcoaches request!
