Strange Signature Box Error

My form is here: https://form.jotform.com/62374155296966

When a "joint" account is selected, if you scroll to the bottom, you'll see "Co-Applicant Signature - Your signature certifies that you agree to the terms and conditions", however the box to sign in, is not showing up.

Any ideas as to how to fix this?

I have tested your form, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. When I selected "joint" option I scrolled to the bottom of the page and "Co-Applicant Signature - Your signature certifies that you agree to the terms and conditions" signature field was shown on my end. I was also able to sign it.

Were you able to resolve your issue? Maybe it was temporary issue. If signature box is still not shown on your end, please provide us  a screenshot of how mentioned field looks like on your end.

You can also try to test your form in some other browser. 

In case that your form is embedded and signature box is not shown on your embedded form, please provide us URL of your webpage, so that we can test your form there.
