Shipping price is not showing

the shipping is not showing up, nor is it applying shipping costs to the total.... Seems like another bug to me because I definitely have shipping turned ON and a price of $3.00 for shipping per item.... Any suggestions on this?

I was able to replicate the issue. In order to fix this, you need to specify the "First Item Cost" and the "Additional Item Cost". You can do this in the Payment Wizard under the Shipping tab.
