With the autoresponder - attach file, it supports pretty much all files including excel. So far I am able to attach an excel file. Perhaps the browse file window is not set to "All Files" that's why you are not able to view them?
Example:
Hope this helps!

No, it should work properly on any Operating System. Unfortunately, I don't have a Mac to test it. I am using Google Chrome browser in Windows 7 and it is working properly.
Please try to click the "Upload File" button instead of dragging and dropping the file.
After that, the Open window will pop-up where you can locate the file you want to upload. In windows, you need to make sure that "All Files" are selected.
If that doesn't work, please try using another browser.
Let us know if the issue persist. Thank you.

I can attach an Excel file but when I receive the mail, it says the file is corrupted.
I tried different versions of Excel file types.
Using Chrome and Win7 for JotForm.
I also tried with Firefox and IE browsers. The same result.
It seems to really corrupt the file, because the file size is totally different, and .xls can be opened but the file is empty.
