How do I sign up a different client

I have used you form for a website already, now want to sign up a new client but when I go in to your website with my computer to do so, I automatically get directed to the previous clients form page.

If you want to sign up for another account, you would first need to log out of your current account.  After you log out of your account, you should be able to sign up for a new one.  If you are still unable to do so, try clearing your browsers cache/cookies.
