    Why is there not support?

    Hi,you used to have private support via email but no responses for questions clicked private. Is support all via this public forum now?

    From what I can tell, all of your queries in this forum have been answered by at least one JotForm Support team member. So, you must be referring to our "Live Chat" feature which was just a trial run we did for a few weeks. Our decision as to if we will have it as a permanent feature will be based on our analysis of the results.

    Hi, thanks for your response. I used to get email support but this feature is not in use, also, I no email notification was sent letting me know my forum question was answered... Thank you again for your response.. Also,

     

    1. Should I be receiving email notification of ansered responses in the forum here?

    2. May I help other users with answeres form time to time?

    Regarding email support, that is only available to Premium subscribers and my admin panel states that your account was sheduled for a downgrade (to Free) yesterday. Is it only very recently (within the last day or so) that you haven't been getting email support?

    Other queries:

    1. Should I be receiving email notification of ansered responses in the forum here?

    You most certainly should be. You're the second user to report this in as many days. I'd better submit a ticket about this to our Tier 2 team.

    2. May I help other users with answeres form time to time?
