I am trying to send our registration notifications to another email address within our ministry, yet the notifications are not arriving at the intended destination - but our main office address continues to receive them. I've change the address in the notification settings, but when I send a test email, it continues to send to the original/main office location. What am I missing?

When you hit the test button, the notification will be sent to the email address associated to your account. In order to properly test your notification, and make sure that will be received by the recipient you specified, you need to do a real submission.
