Pre-populate field with existing submission data to send emails?

I would like to send an email to all clients who filed a (insurance) claim to find out how we did handling their claim.  How can I pre-populate either a visible or hidden field in a Jotform with their account number?

Presumably this would mean I would need to automatically create individual links for each client and email their specific link to them?

If I depend on clients to know their account number they won't fill in this data.  We could make the name and email address fields mandatory, but there could be some people who may not have had a perfect experience who would not fill the form out if they have to "sign" it.  A hidden field containing an account code would be perfect.

Is it possible with any level account you offer?

    Thanks for your help!

We have an app email newsletters to send emails to the submissions that are already received. However, it is not supported to have custom links or to read the form fields to the email content with this app. You may consider exporting the form submission data to Excel and then using Mail merge feature if you have Microsoft office installed on your PC. This way, you can also generate the individual links either in the spreadsheet or in the email content.

Please refer to the Microsoft article that can help you with using Mail merge.

    Hope this information helps!
