    Salesforce integration: Data is not going through

    I have fields in my form that match to Salesforce fields, but I don't have the option to choose them in the integration section. How can I change which fields are available for integration?

    I think you're referring to the File Upload field in your JotForm: 

    You can control this in the Form Builder by clicking on the "Extension" button on the top toolbar:

    Please do note that if you have integrated your form and after you created the field on your SalesForce account, then you will need to re-integrate in order to get the updated fields. 

    Also, the field itself is not sent to the SalesForce account, the link is sent instead so following the steps above you can control which fields are uploaded on your form. 

    Once you integrate and map the fields from your JotForm to your SalesForce fields the link will be sent like this:

    Not sure how you got file upload out of that. I mean any field I have in Salesforce. When I go to the Integration screen in Jotform, there are pre-filled fields, and they are not the ones I want. How do I get different fields to appear here?

    It should be possible to map the fields via 'Match Your Fields' section when you setup/edit the Salesforce integration.

    Quick example:

    I can do that, but all of the fields I need to choose from are not there. How do I get them from Salesforce into this dropdown you showed me under "Add New Field"

    Could you please provide us with the form link in question? Which record type (Account, Contact or Lead) are you working with? Are you missing standard or custom fields there?

    Please also provide us with a screenshot of the fields you need from your Salesforce account if possible.

    I've tried both Contacts and Leads. And it seems to be custom fields that are not showing.

    Here is one of the custom fields that I would like to show on the contact level.

    I see that this custom field is under Contacts, and I see that the data type is 'picklist'. What I wasn't sure is which field from your form you would like to integrate with that custom field?

    Also, did you try re-integrating your Salesforce after adding that custom field?

    yes I tried re-integrating. The field that should match is the "I am a(n): Homeowner, Contractor, Dealer, Engineer

    I tested on a clone of your form and I run a couple of tests on my own form and I was able to replicate this issue.

    I forwarded this thread to our Backend team for further checking. We'll get back to you as soon as we have an update regarding this issue.

    Hi

    This problem has now been fixed. You will need to re-integrate your form with SalesForce for the fix to take affect.

    Also as your field is a picklist please ensure the values on your form exactly match the values on the SalesForce picklist.
