I would like to create 3 forms in which the user only needs to fill out one of them (3 options, choose 1). All of these forms would be embedded in my Facebook page. Would it be possible to have all 3 forms under one tab? From what I'm reading on the forum, each form would require one tab which means I would end up with 3 tabs.
If not, what would be the best way for me to create the form with 3 options available for the user to fill and submit just one?
Thanks for checking.

Unfortunately, such option is not available as of the moment.
As an alternative you may use the Conditions that we have. You can put conditions on the form that you have. I have made here an example:
If you like on using this option, then I would be happy to assist you on how to do this.

This method would work. Could you show me the steps to the sample created?

Sure, you can do that by adding conditions to your form, all you need to do is to make the form then add conditions on it.
