    Why am I not receiving submissions via email?

    Since August 22, I haven't received email submissions from my form "Barktoberfest Vendor Registration Form".  I checked and there have been 5 submissions since August 22 that I haven't received.  I also checked the form and my email is correct for forwarding the submissions.  So, why am I not receiving the submissions?  Thanks for your help. Roberta.

    I checked our logs and it looks like your email address was added to the bounce list, which is why you are unable to receive the email notifications. I have now removed the email address from the bounce list so you should receive the next email notifications successfully.

    To prevent further bouncing related issues, please follow our guide here: How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues. You can also check on your end if an address is in the bounce list and then remove it from the list. Here's how: How to Remove Your Email Address from Bounce List.
