    Please detail the steps to change from one credentialed authentication, to a different credentialed authentication. In Edit mode for the integration with Salesforce, the Username, Password, and Security Token fields are all "grayed out". How can I change them?

    Thank you for contacting us. Could you please indicate the form ID? This will help us better analyze the problem. Can you remove your integration and re-integrate your Salesforce Integration?  It should fix the issue. In addition to that, if the issue still persists, you can also send the screenshot of your integration. At that time, we can assist more properly. If you have any question or issues, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be glad to assist you.

    Hello beril:  Our form is https://form.jotform.com/60394249280155.

    We are NOT having any problem, it is working fine.

    We DO want to change from one credentialed authentication, to a different credentialed authentication.

    Are you saying that we need to "delete" the existing integration to Salesforce, and then re-create a new one, field by field?  Are you saying we cannot change the credentialed user unless we remove the existing integration which is working fine?

    Yes, your assumptions are correct. You won't be able to change the existing authenticated credentials, but you can still edit the fields.

    Since your aim is to use a different credential, then I'm afraid the only way to do that is to remove/delete the existing integration and re-integrate it.

    Thank you Jim. One more question: please confirm that there are no "pause -> restart" commands that we need to execute as part of this change in integration credentials.  In other words:

    we will disable the existing creds;

    enter new creds;

    associate them to the desired form;

    and that's it, integration is restored.

    No you won't need to do anything extra on your end when reintegrating with SF.

    Your workflow is correct: You just delete/remove the existing integration > enter the new creds > associate to the desired form (since the integration will only be accessible once you are on the Form Builder, then it will be associated to that form where you're doing it) > and that's basically it :)
