Change.org embedded code.

Do you mean you want to embed a change.org petition to your jotform form? Unfortunately, it is not possible to add script codes to the form so it is you will not be able to embed the change.org petition in jotform.

If you want to embed the petition to your form, you will have to use the full source code of the form. Here's a guide on How to get the Full Source Code of your Form. Once you have the full source code then you will be able to modify the code and embed the change.org petition to the form.

I would like to embed my petition on Facebook and twitter.

The screen print that I sent you, when I see it ,it is not complete.

What I would like to do is copy and store it for the times I need to use it.

On the change.org site when you are on the page, a list of who you can share it with.

On that page do you click embed then followed by either Facebook or twitter?

I am not sure that I understand your request correctly. When I've checked your email address in our system I am not able to find a form on your account. If it is not related with JotForm, I suggest you contact with Change.org. In addition to that, you can share your petition on Facebook by the help of following guide:
