Form is not saving my layout changes

It looks correct on the design page, and I saved the changes, but then it reverts back to the way it was. I would like the type to fill out on one line instead of bunching up to the left.

I am not quite sure what you are referring to by "Type to fill out on one line".  If you are referring to the labels, setting the labels to align to the top would allow then to be on a single line:

You may also want to reduce the width of your form to allow for it to better fit in your page.

That can be done through the "Design" menu:

When I choose "top" alignment the type is still breaking in short lines aligned to the left. Also the type change for the header to Times is not showing up in firefox but does in Safari. For now I just left the type on the left so it doesn't look strange.

Here is a copy of the form with the labels set to top alignment:

The text is no longer bunched up on the left.  If it still is on your embedded form, try replacing you current embed code with your forms iFrame code:

This will ensure that nothing in the page your form is embedded to causes any formatting issues.
