How to view submissions received in encrypted form?Asked by gaylenf on September 07, 2016 at 12:16 PM
Once the suggested form encryption option is enabled, and the key submitted...how is it possible remove the encryption to my forms that had been submitted prior to the encryption feature being enabled? The encryption feature has been applied (not by me) to forms that were over 2 years old. I would like to know how to view the information that has now been encrypted.
If I understand your question correctly, you want to decrypt the encrypted submissions which you have received. Is that correct?
Do you have the the encryption key with you? If yes, you can use them to view the submissions. you may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them (Look for section "How do we decrypt the text in the submissions panel to see it?")
Hope this helps.
