When I attempt to integrate with Vertical Response it hangs when adding the submission

when I attempt to integrate with VR it hangs when adding the submissions. ity worked great with mail chimp but not Vertical repsonse any suggestions?

May I ask on what point where the integration will freeze up? Once you clicked the "Authenticate" button, it will open a new window where you need to sign in to Vertical Response to allow the API to work.

Please try using another browser just to check if it will work or not. Try disabling any pop-up blocker on your browser like Ad-Block. I will clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.

It hangs by the final step where it says integrating your data after I choose the fields. but even when i uncheck integrating data it still starts to integrate the data. and stays stuck there forever.

I have tried to edit my form integrating it to Vertical Response using Google Chrome browser but I was not able to replicate the issue. I was able to integrate the form successfully.

May we know if what browser are you using to edit your form? Have you tried using a different browser and see if you will still encounter the issue? We do recommend you to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser to edit your form.
