Form Autofill: How can I stop the form from clearing upon a form submission (redirect to PayPal)?

How can I stop the form from clearing when the user goes back from PayPal?

When I use the submit button to to paypal, it goes to the first page of my form with all the data cleared

Do you want the form user to be able to close the PayPal payment page and go back to their filled form in order to edit and re-submit it?

If my user goes to the paypal checkout (paypals website) and then hits the back button, all the info they filled in the form vanishes. I would like to keep it all the info filled in that they put in

But pretty much what you said, I would like them to go back and re submit and have all the filled in info still there instead of clearing - makes it a lot easier for them incase they decide to go back and then have 3 pages of filled in info lost

Thank you for your update. Unfortunately, we do not have such option available for our Autofill feature at this time. I have attached a feature request ticket to this thread and forwarded it to our developers.

There is no ETA for when it can be implemented, but we will let you know once we have any updates.
