I embedded my form into my website on a new page and the aspect ratio is messed up for the background picture. If i do the standard [embed] on the site then i lose my configurable list options on the form. Do i just need to try to save the background image off of the form and edit the size in photoshop and then re upload it to make it work or do you have any other ideas how to get the background picture to look not blown out?

The background does not look that way in the standalone version of your form: http://www.jotform.us/form/62495690169165
Can you please try to re-embed your form using the Iframe code? https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code
Before you embed the code, paste it in a text editor like WordPad, you will notice two part of codes, only copy and embed the Iframe part in your webpage, example:
Make sure to set enough height for the form to display all, or set the scrolling property to "Yes":
