It shows my client paid the deposit, but it didn't add to my account fully

With my personal experience, it should be instant as long as there is no problem with payer's PayPal Account. But if you are referring to Incomplete payments then that depends on a user, you can read more about it here: http://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments
