vertical response integration is not working. can you help thanks. when I enter the field it says its importing my submissions and then never finishes just hangs there. thanks freida

I tested Vertical Integration with my form and it worked fine for me:

Just to answer your question, the list that my colleague is referring to is the Email Lists you have setup on your Vertical Response account.
He means that you need to ensure that you have setup the integration to the correct list you want to store the contact information that is submitted in your form.
