Why vertical response integration is not working?

vertical response integration is not working. can you help thanks. when I enter  the field it says  its importing my submissions and then never finishes just hangs there. thanks freida

what do you mean by the right list.

I noticed that you have another open thread regarding this issue. You can access the thread here: https://ww.jotform.com/answers/926258. To avoid confusion, we will attend to your concern on the other thread accordingly.

Just to answer your question, the list that my colleague is referring to is the Email Lists you have setup on your Vertical Response account. 

He means that you need to ensure that you have setup the integration to the correct list you want to store the contact information that is submitted in your form.
