Zapier not working

    We contacted Zapier support because we could not get a Zap to work.  They tried but could not find the problem and asked us to contact you.

    We are trying to integrate the form information with Ontraport.

    Your help would be most appreciated!

    It seems to me that based on your issue you are trying to make a zap with your jotform to ontraport and that it is not working, correct?

    Can you please describe more to us about what is happening?

    Is your jotform account connected and your forms selectable in a list when integrating?

    Or did you mean you set up an integration already and aren't receiving any form submission information into ontraport?

    Additionally, it seems that ontraport is a paid platform so we would need some time to look and see if they have a developer platform to investigate more if possible.
