Deactivate my account

I didn't realize that I am being forced to only have 5 forms, even though I have been using this service for years now. I wish to deactivate my services and leave. I'll be looking elsewhere.

We're sorry to learn that this new limit would cause for you to go. Currently, if you have forms above the limits, it's fine so long as you will not need to create new forms. You can still use your existing forms.

But, if you are now firmly decided with your intention to have your account deleted, please let us know.
