I recently received the "you are over your limit" email and I discovered that when I have people upload files (which i have set up going to dropbox) it also goes towards my jotform quota. I deleted the submissions and the quota went down. Is there any way to have it JUST go to dropbox? that is all I want. thanks!

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible. The solution is to clean your JotForm submissions from time to time. In this case your JotForm account space quota will be refreshed, and DropBox files will not be touched.
