Hiding fields base on user's answerAsked by Cinderella on September 07, 2016 at 07:01 PM
I I'm trying to create an order form using conditions. When I go to my website and click on an item as if I were going to order, it shows all my fields.
If someone only orders a Class Almanac and a Pet Pedigree, how do I hide all the other fields?
It's easy, first you will have to add an additional field as the trigger point e.g. checkbox field with all the available products as its option then start creating the condition.
You can see it in action on the following cloned form (only 3 items are hidden as an example, you can show them when you check them in the order checkbox field).
If you need further assistance, let us know.
Sorry, here's the full instruction on how to create show/hide conditions https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer.
