Issue with saving form

everytime i build my forms, they do not save. the "save" icon is churning away but it never actually saves the document. It continues churning the entire time i work on the form. i reloaded the page hoping that it had saved the form and the icon was just stuck, but i lost all the information.

Our sincerest apologies for the inconveniences caused. Have you tried logging out and relogin with your JotForm account? Perhaps your login session has expired that's why changes aren't going through. I suggest to relogin from your account and try it again. This might help.
