Unable to sign up. Tried multiple email addresses but it says already in use.

    I have tried 12 different emails that we use and it keeps saying we are in the system - we aren't. Please help.  I'd like to set up an account with nannette@markit-group.com Please advise - it keeps saying we do not have a valid email address

    Hello Nannette,

    Upon checking, I found that you were able to sign up successfully a free account with username "nanstarr" and email address "nannette@markit-group.com"
