    I set up a stripe account, but every time I try to connect to my stipe account, it will not connect, and gives me no other option.
    What should I do?

    I assume you meant you are trying to add Stripe payment integration to your form but it wasn't working.

    Can you please retry. Follow this user guide when you do :

    No. I try to connect when I am logged into strip to set it all up in my form, and it just does not connect.
    The wheel keeps spinning and does not connect.

    Hello Nikki,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did test the "Stripe Connect" in one of my own form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I was able to connect to my stripe account successfully. Please check the screenshot below:


    I would suggest you to please logout from your JotForm account and then sign in before trying Stripe connect again. Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Alternatively, you can also use your Stripe API key as well. Please check the screenshot below:
