    Hi

Thank you for choosing our product

Yes, you can create a password protected report by choosing HTML Table listing from the Report Wizard

Please refer to this guide in order to accomplish what your are looking for

    Hi, Jeanette,

Thanks for the guide.  However, what I meant was that I would like to include the password into the URL link to import html table into a spreadsheet (instead of being prompt to type in the password on the website), i.e.:

    =ImportHtml("https://www.jotform.com/table/#######?password=examplepasswrd";"table";1)

The above does not work, and I was wondering if you knew how to include the password into the password-protected html table URL link.

    Please advise.

    Thanks,

    -jc

    Hi

Based on your request , I assume you would like to pass the password via URL parameters

I have done some tests :

Click on the link below, that is the URL for my Table Report without the passKey parameter

http://www.jotform.com/table/21078778895069   It will ask you for the password, right?

Now, click on the link below

    https://www.jotform.com/table/21078778895069?passKey=mypassword

You would have to include   ?passKey=mypassword  at the end. Where "mypassword"  is the password I set for this example

    Hope this answers your inquiry

Should you need more assistance let me know
