    Google Spreadsheet: Data is not passing through to spreadsheet

    Hi, all was working well for months, but today, a new submission came in whilst I was viewing the spreadsheet, the new submission was not added to the spreadsheet.  I have just done a test submission, and that wasn't added either, please help, this will cause me big problems if I can't get it working adding to the existing spreadsheet again.  Thanks John

    We're sorry for the issues you are experiencing, John. We've had some troubles last night with one of our servers that were forwarding data to Google Spreadsheet integration, and the underlying problem has already been fixed.

    While new submissions should be correctly forwarding to Google Spreadsheets once again, it is possible that the connection between your JotForm account and Google Spreadsheet got broken. The first step I would recommend is to remove your existing old integration, and set up a fresh one in its place, which you can do by following this guide:


    If you continue to experience any issues with the newly created integration, please let us know and we'll be happy to take a closer look into what may be causing further issues for your integrated sheet. Cheers

    Hi, have removed and made new integration with google sheets.  All the old submissions are there, but new ones are still not being added.  This is a nightmare, please help.  I have renamed my form (before I did the integration) to RB bookings. Everything was working so well until today. Thanks


    EDIT:  Just to add I have cleared form cache, and still new submissions not being added.  This is really bad, I have spent hours trying to sort this out, I see lots of people experiencing same problem today.  I have to go out now, and the other people who need the info will not be advised of new submissions until I am back tomorrow and now have to manually tell them everything.  Very disappointed.     We had several jobs backed up in our queue that were causing new submissions not to be forwarded to Google docs spreadsheets.  This is being cleared and submissions should update properly when any new submissions are received.  There still may be a slight delay but the delay should be gone in the next 10-20 minutes.

    Well after spending hours yesterday trying to sort this, it appears to have stopped working again.  Any idea whats going on please, it causing real problems this end.

    I have had to re-integrate my form about 8 times over the past couple of days, please don't ask me to do it again as it doesn't help or work and cost me a lot of time here to sort.  After using jotform happily since April I left a great review telling others to use it too.  I think I may have jinxed myself leaving that review, as I have had nothing but problems with my account since and am starting to lose patience with all the extra work and headaches this is costing me now.  Please please please get my integration working soon, or I may have no customers left!

    I did some testing and it does indeed look like the integration is no longer forwarding new submissions for EU users.  I have notified our developers and opened your ticket up once again.  This should hopefully be resolved quite soon.
