This issue appears to still be ongoing.  I have the same problem with a form submission completed at 09:41 today, and it still hasn't updated the integrated Google Sheet.

We've experienced issues yesterday where one of our servers couldn't forward submissions it was receiving to the integrated Google Spreadsheets. This issue has since been resolved last night, and Google Spreadsheet integration should be working fine again. I have just re-tested it on one of my own integrated forms, and it instantly forwarded new submissions to the integrated spreadsheet:

It is possible that the connection between your form and Google got broken, so please first try removing your existing Google Spreadsheet integration and setting up a new one in its place:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet

Once this is done, please check whether the data is being successfully forwarded to your freshly integrated new spreadsheet. If your data is still not updating automatically, please let us know which of your forms you are having this problem with, and we'll be happy to take a closer look at what may be causing the issue. Thank you.

    Hi,
The integration between form and Google is not broken, since the 'missing'
submissions have now populated the GoogleSheet, albeit several hours after
    the initial submission.
What is to say, if I break the integration link and set up a new one, that
I will not experience the same issue? It is not the link that is at fault
here, but more likely to be the excessive delay in request/response between
Jotform (server-side) and my Drive (client-side).

We're glad to hear that the integration is still working. When it comes to a delay between the time a submission is made and it appearing on the integrated sheet, in times that are servers are experiencing heavy loads with these requests, there is unfortunately some delay, but all write tasks are queued and are written to their integrated sheets as soon as the process reaches each queued task.

We strive to keep everything working optimally and fast, and most of the time submissions are forwarded to the integrated sheet almost instantly, but when there is unusually heavy load there are bound to be some delays with the integration.

If there is anything else we can do to help, please don't hesitate contacting us anytime, and we'll do our best to assist you. Thanks.
