I have multiple accounts; cbclogic, ismoscadm, acmedreamco, and so on and all of them are having the same issues.
Everything has been working fine but about 7 days ago my clients have not been able to print email responses.
So this is how we do things.
Someone goes to our web page, fills out the form, and send the form.
The form goes to the business, and a copy is sent to the person who filled out the form.
However the person that recieved the copy of the cmpleted form is not able to print the form. It simply is blank. This just started happening. Why?
Every selling point I have in regards to getting people to use you, you slowly take away. "Guess, what you can print the responses...."
well...no you can't.

You are trying to print the autoresponder email, and that email is blank. Is that right?
Can we have the form ID in question? Then, we will be able to check this out.
