I am working on my website and checked out submissions and found that I have not been getting these submissions sent to my email at email@example.com

I checked your email logs and found out that your email (firstname.lastname@example.org) landed in the bounce list. Here's the reason and error:
I went ahead and removed your email from the bounce list. However, there's a possibility that it will return to the said bounce list. You can try changing the Sender Email in the Notification wizard from email@example.com to firstname.lastname@example.org.
