Unable to customize the PDF

    I am no longer able to customize the PDF for our submissions. Help?

    We currently don't have any issues related to the PDF Designer. I tested it on my account and it is working properly. Please provide more information about the issue you're experiencing with the PDF designer so that we can further investigate.

    You can reset the format of your PDF design by clicking the "Reset" button at the top right.
