I downgraded my account but I am still being charged.

    I have downgraded this before yet I am still being charged... I downgraded months ago.

    Hello ShawnWashburn,

    I did check your account and found that you has PayPal subscription as well which was not cancelled. I do not see any attempt to cancel your subscription.

    I have gone ahead and sent a request to our backend team to cancel your PayPal subscription and process the refund of your last subscription payment. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account. 

    Please note that your account is now downgraded to free plan.
