You may clone a JotForm using its URL by following the guide below:
https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
The cloned form should be existing in your account. If you want to move the form to any of the other folder, you may just drag the form and drop it on the required folder.

lharrellReplied on September 8, 2016 at 3:45 PMSo there is no way to get any version of a shared form copied into my own account without recreating it from scratch? The reason I ask is that I have an employee with a critical form in her own account, and I need to move it into the company account as she is being transitioned out. Thank you!

If you want to move the form completely from the other account to your account, a request can be placed from the owner's account so that we can move the form to your account along with the submissions.
If you want to make a copy of the form to your account, you may consider cloning it so that the exact replica along with the conditions, other settings will be copied to your account.
Hope this information helps!

Hello,
On your account which you are sharing your form, you can go to My Account > Settings and check your privacy. If it's checked, please uncheck the checkbox.
After this, try cloning your form again and let us know if the problem persists.
Note: If you want to completely move a form (including its submissions), only support members can do such process. With this, please tell us the form and to what account it should be moved.
Thanks.
