I keep trying to access my account and it says you're sending info to my e-mail address to reset password, but it never shows up.

I checked our logs and indeed, the reset emails were failing. It looks like your address has been rejecting emails as spam, resulting in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails. This also prevent the sending of the reset email.
I removed your address from the bounce list and sent the reset email once again. According to our logs, it went through this time. Check your inbox, it should be there.
