I have checked some of the forms that you have in your account and I can see you're currently using the PayPal Standard integration, here you only need to provide your PayPal account and it should work.
If you need to integrate your form with PayPal Pro you will need to provide your PayPal API information, here is a guide that will help you to get your API credentials on your PayPal Pro: How-to-Obtain-PayPal-API-Credentials
I can also see that you're using the payment integration to collect custom amounts, but seems like you have the amounts in other field, if you need to pass a calculated amount to the payment field you will need to follow the steps on this guide: How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field
